Writer Caitlin Hayes lives in Ithaca, NY, where she is working on a story collection and a novel. Awards for her fiction include fellowships from Syracuse University’s MFA Program, the Carson McCullers Center, Yaddo, and Colgate University, as well as grants and scholarships from the Elizabeth George Foundation, the Barbara Deming Fund, and Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference. Her stories have appeared in Ecotone, Epoch, New England Review, Shenandoah, and The Southern Review. She currently works as a writer for Cornell University.
